FASHION SHOW AND SPRING TRUNK SHOW AT THE 900 SHOPS
Anna Hovet Designs Two-Year Anniversary
Chicago, IL – March 15, 2011 – Up-and-coming Chicago fashion designer and a 2009 Designer
in Residence at the Chicago Fashion Incubator, Anna Hovet, is set to reveal her highly
anticipated Fall/Winter 2011 collection in The 900 Shops on Michigan Avenue March 26 2011.
This will be the two-year anniversary of Hovet’s fashion line, which sells in boutiques nationwide
and on www.annahovet.com.
The Anna Hovet Fall/Winter 2011 line presents a variety of dresses, unconventional sweatshirts,
and high-collared wool jackets. Inspired by 1930s skiwear, the fall/winter 2011 line includes
Hovet’s signature color-blocking and beautifully draped hoods. The young contemporary line is
known to be ultra-wearable and stylish, perfect for the cosmopolitan woman. It will be available
for wholesale orders until May 31 2011, and will be in stores September 2011.
Later this spring, Hovet will be selling her Spring/Summer 2011 Collection April 3 at a special
shopping event at the CFI/Launch Pop-Up Shop.

About Anna Hovet
Anna Hovet, a native of North Dakota and graduate of the School of the Art Institute, started her
company, Anna Hovet Designs in January 2009. With continuous orders from Oscar-winning
actress and singer Jennifer Hudson, her designs have been featured in Lucky Magazine, NBC’s
“1st Look”, and on the cover of the Chicago Tribune. Anna is one of the six fashion designers
chosen for the Kenmore “So You Wanna Be A Designer” reality web competition which begins
airing March 22 2011.
