Eminem and Royce Da 5’9″ will release their collaborative EP on June 14th, at this rate, it will be “available” a lot sooner. Today we have “Loud Noises”, which features the rest of Royce’s Slaughterhouse crew, as well as slick soundclip from “Anchorman”. This EP was a great idea. I believe it gives Eminem a channel to exercise a certain kind of creativity and provide a segment of his fanbase with what they want the most. It’s a break from the whole Recovery and big-ballad rap sound that will satisfy the hunger from those yammering for more of the Eminem of the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Meanwhile Royce gets a bigger platform that he has ever seen, and the chance to again demonstrate that he is up there with Eminem if we’re talking bar for bar lyricism. Grab the new song below.
