The Beastie Boys announced on their website over the weekend that they are reuniting with director Spike Jonze. Jonze, who directed classic Beastie videos such as “Sabotage”, and “Sureshot” will next helm the visuals for “Don’t Play No Games That I Can’t Win”, which features Santigold and appears on their recent LP, The Hot Sauce Committee Part 2.

The video was directed by our esteemed colleague Mr. Spike Jonze. It is an explicit action adventure spectacular. It features action figures of us….and yes, they are ACTION figures, NOT dolls!”
This is fresh. I hope their next announcement is that MCA is able to perform and they launch a new tour. We can hope.
