City Slick is emcee Decay and producer Fluent. On “Ends Justify The Means” they recruit fellow Chicagoan, Scheme, for a soulful joint about the ups and downs of the rap life. There’s not much flossing on this one, no bottles being popped, and no references to sunglasses. What we do have are dedicated artists, forcing their way through to listeners.
