“I was born ready to fight.”
It’s great to see new music from Colin Munroe hit my inbox. Colin is one of my favorite artists to listen to, as well as to work with. We actually did the very first Digital Freshness with Colin in 2009 in New York City, crazy to think how much has happened since then. In Colin’s case, it’s crazy to think how much didn’t. Right around that time he had just signed a record deal, one that was already not working out. I knew there would be some delay in his music, but didn’t expect such a long break. It’s truly been a fight for Colin as he says in this new song featuring Pusha T. But it’s nothing new, the kid is a born fighter. Hopefully this new song is just the first of many.
