This one really caught me by surprise. Deon is an artist hailing out of Largo, Maryland who draws his inspiration from Blu, Kendrick Lamar & J. Cole. Normally when I read someones inspirations sometimes there is a little taste of those artists throughout their music but when it comes to Deon you can fully tell that these artists have influenced him. It is a bit scary how much he does sound like J. Cole. Beyond that “Peach” is just an overall good song with an incredible sample that really showcases some young talent. This 16 year old is gearing up for his upcoming mixtape Los(t) Angel(es) with “Peach” being one of the first leaks from it. Enjoy Deon and “Peach” right below.
