“Using tracks off of both 2009’s Grand as well as 2010’s Sidewalks, DJ FMFC created the framework for some incredible mash-ups. Layering Jay-Z‘s intuitive lyrics on top of Matt & Kim‘s catchy dance hooks, this project turned out to be quite the accomplishment. Although some of the tracks seemed to fit together better than others, there is no doubt that the creativity required to even think of such an unlikely mash-up, as well as put together a 8-track mixtape, is highly astounding and worthy of at least one listen through.” -Stereopirate
