Donny Goines has undergone a pretty big transformation over the last couple months.  The NYC born emcee relocated to Atlanta, established his own company, partnered with cancer-fighting charities, and has now vowed to no longer release music for free download.  His new mindstate is presented here in “My Declaration”, his new single available on iTunes, produced by F.R.E.A.K.
