DJ Alexi, the producer/DJ half of the duo Fly Gypsy, has laced the music world with a new mixtape. The new project, Drizzy Settles The Score, is a mashup pairing the vocal stylings o Canada’s favorite member of YMCM with the legendary Refugee Camp and their classic album The Score. 2011 marks the 15th anniversary of The Fugees breakthrough, and sadly, final album. I clearly remember where I was when I first heard records such as “The Beast”, “How Many Mics”, “Cowboys”, and the rest of the LP. Hopefully some Drake fans will “discover” one of Hip Hop music’s most treasured collectives. Hit the jump to check out the new mix.
