One thing I can safely say is that The Weeknd was higher than Ellie Goulding when creating the original “High For This”. It doesn’t matter too much though, as Goulding has linked up with Xaphoon Jones for a dope cover of The Weeknd’s “High For This”. Xaphoon’s production is less haunting than the original’s, but complimentes Goulding’s voice very well. Listen to the rework below.
