Girl Talk played Chicago New Year’s Eve 2010 and he brought the house down. Literally. His setup included a 5-room 2-story house, which was brought on stage. The house was fully furnished, with a crazy amount of detail from the bowl of fruit in the kitchen, to a computer in the kid’s room. As the night went on, the house came alive and when the clock struck midnight, it was fully lit up and rocking. You maybe thinking to yourself, ‘I’d like to see that.’ Well, Girl Talk documented all the planning as well as the NYE show at The Congress Theatre and is readying a full documentary DVD.
