“GL will never go… Blinded by the light.”
I remember hearing this for the first time on the way to Madison, WI with GLC and Geno back in like ’07… Man, GL has come a long way. This is the first sample granted by Bruce Springsteen, who actually wrote “Blinded By The Light”. It also features Manfred Mann, who made the song famous. I was also in the studio when Manfred sent his new vocals back, and that was definitely a trip. GLC’s debut album Love, Life, and Loyalty is in stores now.
