Last night 2 Chainz was in Chicago for a show at Adriana’s. Before going to the venue, he was at SoundScape Studios working on some music. The Chicago scene was heavy at SoundScape with Cap1, John Monopoly, DP, and Million $ Mano there too. Along with recording a verse for a B.o.B., 2 Chainz heard new production from Mano, who really helped make the studio session happen. 2 Chainz was digging a lot of Mano’s production, and before I had to bounce, started to record to one of Mano’s new joints “Deja Vu”. Mano’s production is really at a high right now. What I’ve heard of his new stuff is really fresh and hits multiple pockets. He definitely has his own sounds, his own drums. It’s great to see that get more defined and pronounced. I’m looking to hearing the finished product, and more from both artists. A few more pics below.
