Jay-Z is out in London right now, and talked to DJ Semtex about his line in “So Appalled” as well as Hammer’s diss track, “Better Run Run”. As I thought, Jay says he didn’t really mean anything with his reference in “So Appalled”, and also had some great things to write about Hammer and his legacy in the forthcoming book, Decoded.
