Every time I talk about Save Money, I always bring up the fact that what truly makes the crew great is that each member has his own unique style and diverse sound, so when they get together and collaborate, their records come out with crazy vibes and an epic feel.
In “Illuminati Slumber Party”, two of the most eccentric emcees from the collective, Joey Purp & Kami de Chukwu, churn out audacious rhymes with such a crisp delivery that makes their off-the-wall imagery incredibly vivid. No chorus is needed in this track, Purp and Kami simply spit bars that would make the listener think these two were veterans, while the song keeps a youthful-essence at the same damn time.
