Former Brazilian police officer, and current state official/television host, Wallace Souza, is accused by Brazilian authorities of orchestrating and paying for murders all as a way to fuel ratings for his current TV show. The show, which airs in the region where Souza also holds public office, operates on the premise that Souza and his team beat the police to crime scenes, and explain the violent crimes. They act as “gruesome detectives”, bragging about their ability to find crime scenes fast and furiously. But authorities have questioned how Souza has been able to find crimes scenes so quickly, and now accuses him of setting up (and possibly carrying out) at least 5 of the murders in an intricate plan to develop content. Souza says the accusations are politically motivated. This is really disgusting. Check out the video below for the new story.
