I must say that I am not a fan of mash-ups. They we’re dope back in the day (word to Z-Trip) but after Girl Talk altered the future of Mash-ups forever, they have all seemed simply lackluster in my opinion. Though of course, today we have a treat in the form of a Kanye West x Nas x The Verve Mash-up. White Lotus has taken the ever so popular “Bittersweet Symphony”, and Kanye’s powerful 2005 effort – “We Major” Feat. Nas. Nas’s preamble definitely adds to the suspense of the track, making it that much more epic than The Verve’s original masterpiece. Hit the jump to listen + download.
