Lil' B

During his set at Coachella last week, Lil’ announced that his next album will be titled I’m Gay.  The announcement spread quickly with everyone and their mom forming an opinion about the title, Lil’ B’s seriousness, as well as his motives.  While some question Lil’ B’s sincerity of promoting equal rights, and helping to squash homophobia, others thought the title may just be another chapter in Lil’ B’s strangeness and an effort to garner more attention.  Don’t fully throw away your skepticism, but the Based God is sticking to his guns, and told MTV that he has received death threats since announcing the title.  They won’t stop him though, as he pushed a bigger picture, viewing his album and its title an means to civil liberty and freedoms.  “And 100 years later, people are gonna thank me, because people are gonna be free.”  Get the whole clip below.
