Lollapalooza weekend means a crapload of people descending upon Chicago for a common mission,  to experience the authenticity and liveliness  that is Chicago, with 200,000 other music lovers. Now if the price tag for the festival is exceeding your budget, there are countless events that bring the Lollapalooza experience out of the hot sun and into an air conditioned venue. The fact is Lollapalooza unofficially begins tonight and will not end until the wee hours of Monday morning with parties nightly such as Express-Rocks and others, as well as intimate gigs and shows.
