The Lonely Island, a group that rose to prominence via their SNL Digital Shorts, return with their second LP entitled Turtleneck & Chain via Universal. The album will be released on May 10th, and fits into the, ‘whoa, those dudes have another album’ category. Somewhere Jamie Kennedy is gearing up for a new LP. Known for their parody of cheesy pop music, The Lonely Island will bring forth 19 new tracks, featuring the Akon assisted “I Just Had Sex”, and the Nicki Minaj collabo “The Creep”, as well as Justin Timberlake’s “Motherlover”. The album also features Beck, Snoop Dogg, Rihanna, and the epitome of cheesy pop, Michael Bolton. It comes with a DVD as well, which gives fans 9 accompanying digital shorts.
