It may seem like Lupe has been quiet of the past couple months (SNDCLSH), but for me this is always a good sign. For artists like Kanye, Lupe and other established Hip Hop superstars, a long break normally means lots of studio time and thus, a great project. I have the utmost belief that F&L II will not disappoint. Lupe said in a recent Fuse TV interview that this album is “the Lupe Fiasco I want to be, without industry constraints, without trying to please hardcore fans…. It what I would do for myself.”
“Form Follows Function” is the title of the first single, which drops May 22nd. Lupe also noted Soundtrakk will be on the project, which is great news for any Food & Liquor stans. Hit the jump for this video.
