Mass Hysteria

“They call it ‘windy city’, not cause it’s breezy here, they call it that cause the politicians is sleazy here, on a quest to get Rich Daley, so if you think Harold Washington died of a heart attack, you’re crazy.”

Brand new music from Mass Hysteria.  The Chicago duo of Gee Field and Mike Treese have cooked up something extra special for the windy city in the form of “Chicago”.  The track is produced by SC and MH’s Mike Treese, and pays homage to their hometown in all its grittiness.  In additional to this new song, Mass Hysteria will be giving everyone a taste of their forthcoming LP this Thursday at Empire Liquors.  The event is free and goes from 10pm-2am as part of Rude 1 and Shon Dervis’ Elementary Thursdays.  Also on the bill is DJ Toadstyle, and the word is that Mike Treese is going to step behind the decks as well.

Hit the jump to grab the new track, and also peep the flyer.  “Chicago” follows up Mass Hysteria’s last single, “So Amazing”.
