Brandon Carter

Yesterday we posted an interview with Chicago’s BBU focused entirely on their involvement with the #OccupyChicago movement. Following the interview, another Chicago artist hit me up with his recently mixtape, They’re Trying To Kill You: Occupy Wall Street Music.  The mixtape was released in early September, just before the start of the nationwide protests.  Fueled by the single/video, “Blood Money”, the mixtape is 10 tracks deep and features Troy Ave, Chris Classic and others.  Stream and download They’re Trying To Kill You here, and watch Brandon’s video for “Blood Money” after the jump.
