Just found this pleasant surprise in my inbox. Sound FX said that they’d be dropping some material before their forthcoming Sunset LP but I didn’t think they meant a 17-track mixtape. Sound FX continues to impress, bringing their unique style with a wide range of samples and sounds. I’ll let them take it from here…
“Medusa is about life situations that leave us immobilized; and women who make it difficult to love. While working on our debut album “The Sunset LP” we often times get side tracked and distracted, as is the nature of creative arts, “Medusa” is the outcome those random thoughts and unforgettable life experiences. This project is bit more experimental than “Still Dreaming” but not as ambitious as the “The Sunset LP”. Enjoy.”
