It’s been over a year and a half since Talib Kweli dropped his Gutter Rainbows LP in January of 2011, making Attack The Block a highly anticipated release from the Black Star member. I was able to catch Black Star perform at Bonnaroo earlier this year, and it was obvious that both Kweli and Yasiin Bey are as sharp as ever, so receiving a new tape in support of that fact is a dope labor day present.
