Mophono is the production moniker for the Bay Area’s DJ Centipede, who is readying his first album in the form of Cut From Crunch. The title track features a collaboration with Flying Lotus. The two cross streams to create the thump heavy track that mixes computerized zigs and zags with a groove heavy undertone that follows Mophono’s (I love that name) Hip Hop foundation.
