Did you sleep on Arcade Fire their first time around? The large Montreal band picked up critical acclaim and cult like status back in 2004 with the release of their LP Funeral. I remember teaching 5th grade and the hippie-like art teacher kept telling me about Arcade Fire, and how they were one of his favorite new bands. They stepped up on the radar at large with their ’07 release Funeral and are now prepping the release of their first album in 3 years, The Suburbs. The title track leaked last week, and now we have two more radio rips in the form of “We Used To Wait” and “Ready To Start”.
