Obama

I’m just saying…Sporting a White Sox jacket, Barack Obama threw out the first pitch at the All-Star game last night in St. Louis.  I watched the game and enjoyed it, but the highlight for me was Obama representing for the South Side.  The Hyde Park resident also talked about the Sox during a midgame interview in which he did make it clear that he’s not a Cubs hater, he just doesn’t root for them.

Mark Buehrle summed it up best when he told the ESPN crew, “I looked up and I was like, ‘Holy Cow, he’s actually doing it.’ Everybody around me was giving me a hard time saying, ‘What the heck, he’s wearing White Sox stuff.’ That’s how we roll in Chicago, we got the president behind us,”

Indeed, that is so how we roll…Check out video from the pitch below…The American League won by the way…
