Project Mayhem - Just Chill (Video)
The westside's own Project Mayhem teamed up with Coodie from Creative Control to direct the music video for "Just Chill". Shot in what looks like a classic westside warehouse, the visuals flow perfectly with the Chicago boom-bap flavor emitted from this track. Hit the jump for the video.

I'm going to end my day with a couple new GLC tracks. For those that don't know, GLC is releasing his new mixtape, Respect My Come Up Vol. 2: The Ism, next week with DJ Pharris. Today he gave the world "Autumn On My Mind" off the mixtape, which is produced by Keezo Kane. Frank Dukes won the 2009 Red Bull Big Tune competition, which is a search for dope producers. His prize was a session with an "A-List" emcee and he chose Ghostface Killah. Chiddy Bang to Hit The Road With Donnis, XV, and 2AM Club
The Philly-based duo is going on their Swelly Life Tour tour starting today. They’ll be hitting up a bunch of venues throughout the U.S. as well as stops in the UK and Australia. Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr.: “Nothing But Our Love” Video
This is perhaps the most interestingly named group I’ve heard of in the last few weeks, Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr., is sure to gain some recognition for something other than their name. “Nothing But Our Love” is a mellow song sprinkled with light synth tones and yearning falsetto. The music video dropped today and the Detroit based duo appears to be dreaming about racing cars. Check out the video after the jump and maybe it will give you some insight to their name selection.
Hoodie Allen: "Words Of Wisdom"
Hoodie Allen made his first strides on the scene when he dropped his mixtape Making Waves. He recently stayed put at #1 on Hypem with his last song I Am Not A Robot which sampled the group Marina & The Diamonds and he is back again this time with Words Of Wisdom which samples the Irish group Two Door Cinema Club. It is already climbing the hypem charts fast and is in the top 10 as of right now. His mixtape Pep Rally should be with us sometime this year and I expect a ton of great samples and just an even better infusion of rap into them.

Moxie Black consists of rapper Illa and producer Dekk, known for his Over Remix, and work with rapper Luck-One, and they are an infusion of hip-hop that is becoming the norm. But Moxie Black does it a little different. They infuse drinking and partying lyrics into a indie lovable joint that will have you singing along after the first hook. Their free EP How Did This Happen will be released August 18th at Djbooth.net.
