While in town for a concert at the Metro tonight, YP and Sir Michael Rocks hit SoundScape last night for a Closed Session together. The two emcees have both recently inked major label deals and have solo projects in the works are two of our favorites from the windy city. They both spend most of their time out in L.A. or on tour these days, so getting them into the studio together in Chicago was a nice catch. The two created a new record produced by Mike Jaxx, and got some Punch Out in as well. Check out photos below. YP is currently wrapping up his EP No Doz set for a release on Universal Republic.
