Pusha T took to Twitter today to officially announce the release of the first single off the forthcoming G.O.O.D. Music album. The song is titled “Mercy”, and will be dropping on Friday, which is also the proper Good Friday (it’s also the first night of Passover if you are keeping score at home). This is going to be just the start of new music from the G.O.O.D. family. I’ve heard from various sources that the whole crew has been working pretty hard, and that Kanye is a new zone. Before this news broke, I was actually going to write about a new Kanye song that I expect to drop soon called “Theraflu”. I heard it’s a new record in which West goes all the way in, and may come out soon as well. I’ve also heard that Kanye is a big fan of some local upstarts, and just might lace an unexpected remix in the near future as well. Stay tuned, it’s gonna be a big summer.
