I'm With You

Rock group Red Hot Chili Peppers are legends in their trade. British artist Damien Hirst is in his. This makes their collaboration a fitting one indeed, as the group gave Mr. Hirst free reign to design their I’m With You album cover. Lead vocalist Anthony Kiedis had this to say of Hirst’s cover, “It’s an image. It’s art. Iconic. We didn’t give it it’s meaning but it’s clearly open to interpretation.” Drugs are nothing new to the group, Kiedis himself is a once-addict, so the image Hirst created is very appropriate and should raise few questions. Look for the album on August 30th which will be the groups tenth studio album and the first since 2006. Hit the jump for the tracklist.
