Digital Freshness, our monthly party in which we bring the Internet’s most buzzing artists offline and into Beauty Bar for intimate performances returns on February 19th. This month we have teamed up with 2Dopeboyz and are celebrating the birthday of RubyHornet Founder and photographer extraordinaire Virgil Solis. We will get it in with DJ sets from The Alphabet Boys (DJ RTC and VIPJ), DJ Rude 1 and Hollywood Holt. Chicago’s rising emcee, Scheme will also set it off with an opening performance, paving the way for this month’s featured act (drum roll please)… Blu.
Blu will join us from Cali and celebrate the release 2/15 release of The Amnesia EP. This new project sets the table for his highly anticipated major label debut NoYork! Blu is an underground favorite and staple on RubyHornet thanks to his critically acclaimed project with Exile, Below The Heavens as well as his Johnson and Johnson projects, and very dope LP he did with Scene entitled ADayLateAndADollarShort.
