Here’s something special to end the work week. Vic Mensa of Kids These Days has been in the lab with Thelonious Martin, and the two have an EP on the way entitled Part Two. Today they add plenty of anticipation to the project by releasing the EP’s first song and video, “Naked Pictures”. The record is deep and reflective, with Vic Mensa going in about chasing goals and the women that may get ran passed on the way. Vic really opens up on the track, also singing the chorus and bridge over Martin’s dark and spacey production.
The video is directed by Austin Vesely, who does an outstanding job visually matching the mood of the music. The video also features Maya Codina. Watch it video below and look forward to Part Two coming soon.
