Saba: "Seven"

“Let’s begin it with raps on a legal pad.”

Consistency is a major part of success. Saba, out of Chicago’s Pivot crew, has learned that lesson and demonstrates as much on his newest record, “Seven”.  Saba produced and supplied the vocals on this mellow new cut from his forthcoming project, Comfort Zone.  The double threat weaves metaphors and similes about hard work and dedication throughout the song, and also drops some directions for taking Chicago’s public transportation system (“blue line to Division”).  Check out the new song below, I’m also told that we will soon see a new video for “Est. N19g4”, the song from DJ Such N Such that featured Saba, and captured the ears of many rubyhornet listeners.  Stay tuned.
