In only a few short years SpaceGhostPurrp has taken us on seriously interesting ride. The first time I saw this young Miami bred MC he was rappin bout that “phonk” (drugs, women, satan) over some lo-fi beats that sounded like they were recorded in someone’s bathroom. I was immediately intrigued  by his name his ominous bravado, and the weird way he wrote everything. His crew, RVIDXR KLVN quickly grew into a small army and it swept the entire Trill revival scene, it seemed that SGP had arrived. Then he found god and decided to retire. Now he’s drug free and apparently back for real. Check out his second free track in the last two days.
