I wasn’t aware there was a Wired Italy, but oh there is, and they just made my day with this documentary on the street artist Blu. I’ve posted a few of Blu’s pieces in the past, as well as his Loops. “Megunica” is a documentary about one of Italy’s favorite sons, focusing on his journey from the walls of Bologna to becoming one of the world’s most renowned street artists. The near 90-minute also features fellow Italian, Lorenzo Fonda, who is a film maker currently living in LA. The documentary starts with the two meeting and takes off from there, following the two artists across South America.
