Sorry for the wait on this one guys….whilst in the midst of highly creative periods the most current records often rump those that came before, and Black Ribbon, Hard Work! fell victim to time. As I readied this project I began extensive collaborative work, mad features, in result got re-inspired for newer material, and Black Ribbon sat in Pro Tools as a lost project. Now, as I ready Past Perfect for December 2010 and Planet Earth for February 2011, I found it feasible to release the BRHW! records in anticipation of the new shit on the horizon.
Featuring ORIGINAL production from the likes of Sa-Ra, Dert, Chaise Marcel, Nickless Castle, and some dope reduxes of joints from Kenna, Major Lazer, Thievery Corporation, 14KT and more, Black Ribbon, Hard Work! is far from a throwaway project and deserves to be available to the masses!
