Cloud Control Announce North American Tour
Cloud Control will be starting off 2014 stateside. The Australian indie rock band is hitting the road in support of their latest album, Dream Cave, which was written and recorded over three years living and working in their adopted home of Great Britain. Following on the heels of their previously release, Bliss Release, Cloud Control blended experiences of living in the UK for a decidedly more psychedelic-pop aesthetic that has been making noise since hitting public domain. Today the four piece band of Alister Wright, Heidi Lenffer, Ulrich Lenffer and Jeremy Kelshaw released the video for their song "Promises". Check out the video and tour dates below and be sure to pick up the album, available now on Votiv.

[RH First Glance] Flume: "Space Cadet"
They must be putting something in the water Down Under. Australia has been funneling cutting edge and largely danceable music from it's isolated geographic location with increasing regularity in recent years, a trend that continues with Flume's latest track, "Space Cadet" off of a mixtape which will be released with the deluxe version of his self-titled debut album. EDM is a big flavor of the month for the Aussies, albeit with a different flare than their American and European counterparts. On this one, Flume enlists the help of legendary Ghostface Killah and experimental R&B crooner Autre Ne Veut for a two minute bubbling song of happiness and footwork that is set in motion by Flume's almost space-light beat and assorted claps. Check out the song below and keep it posted to RH for the latest on the up and coming young artist.
