Imagine the hardships that come with being a young family raising a newborn daughter. You’re still trying to grow accustomed to the new responsibilities, yet you struggle to hold on to your youth in fear of growing old. Now imagine living in a small college town; better yet, imagine living next door to a fraternity house. Sounds pretty rough, doesn’t it?

Neighbors is a comedy directed by Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) that explores exactly that scenario. Seth Rogen (This is the End) and Rose Byrne (Bridesmaids) star as a young couple with a newborn daughter that are forced to live next to a fraternity house led by Zac Efron (Me and Orson Welles). For whatever reason, Efron and his frat brothers (including James Franco (Superbad) and Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Superbad)) begin to antagonize Rogen and Byrne’s characters.

Neighbors is tentatively scheduled for a May 9, 2014 release.
