Truck North has told us all several times that he’s nice. He did it on song stealing guest looks on the last Roots’ How I Got Over, as well as on his group project, The Money Making Jam Boys. Truck North’s 2009, Truck Jewels, was filled with gems (no pun intended), and after hearing that, we brought him into SoundScape for A Closed Session with Big Pooh that turned into “Dutch Dalton”. Truck is readying two new mixtapes by the names of I Told You So, and The Reconstruction (with Ohio’s The 3rd). Here we have “No Pose”, which again features Truck making his case through sharp and out of the norm references, crafty wordplay, and win at all costs attitude. Download it below.
