“It’s like I’m fighting for freedom…”
Quddus was inspired by a fall trip to the Freedom Awards, and decided to launch “A Contest For Freedom” to speak out against modern day slavery. The contest runs from now until 2.28.10, and all the details can be found in the video below. Props to Q for this one.
“After going to the Freedom Awards in the fall- I realized what a problem modern day slavery still is- 27 million people deep to be exact- and now that there’s so many orphaned children vulnerable to traffickers in Haiti that number is only getting bigger. To raise awareness for this issue I’m launching A Contest For Freedom and handing out a cash prize of $800 to the most inspiring and most popular short videos about why slavery sucks.
