You always start with your name, date, and homeroom and $ulaiman (formerly the Native Soul) does just that with “On Your Mark”, a teaser track to his cumulative piece, Black Ribbon Hardwork! The beat is courtesy of Beatmaker, and the song’s teaser nature is just that, as Suli introduces his new name, and gives us just enough to want more. I’m not sure what motivated the name change, but if the new name brings more new music like this, I’m all for it. Warriors up!
