It’s what you all been waiting for, ain’t it?
Truthfully, I didn’t watch the 2011 BET Hip Hop Awards. I was checking out ESPN’s 30 For 30, cooking dinner with my girl, and then we saw the movie “Drive”. That movie is great. If you haven’t seen it, go see it. Anyway, the best part of the BET Hip Hop Awards is their annual cyphers. Last year’s G.O.O.D. Music Cypher effectively launched the hell out of CyHi The Prynce, and this year’s batch featured a highly anticipated cypher with Eminem’s new Shady 2.0. Also cyphering was the MMG collective, Busta’s Rhymes new crew, Kendrick Lamar with Big K.R.I.T., Tech N9ne, Machine Gun Kelly, and B.O.B. The other lineups are kind of weird.
