Asaad is easily one of the most existential new emcees arising in todays game. After dropping three very successful quality mixtapes since last December the philly based rapper is nearing his biggest and project yet an ep titled 006. On “Leatherface” which appears on 006, Asaad takes to a new routs in his dynamic sound and goes in over heavy electro production, a la Lupe Fiasco. The visuals do a great job describing truly what he is getting across in the song and I simply cannot wait to hear what other surprises he has in store for 006.
