The Fresh Heir has been one my favorite blogs for a minute now and the site’s founder, Tim Larew, is actually a friend and supporter of Ruby Hornet. Tim is also a huge fan of Chance The Rapper and last week he booked him for a show in Boston where he performed alongside Joey Bada$$ at Boston University.
Just before the show, Tim sat down with Chano for an insightful interview in which they talked about various subjects including the reception his recent records have had, how “Acid Rain” came about, his relationship with director Austin Vesely and the impact FakeShoreDrive & Ruby Hornet have had in his career. He even tells the story on how he met DJ RTC (which was also referenced when RTC himself interviewed Chance back in May). Few interviews are as entertaining as this one, watch below.
