We celebrated the release of Closed Sessions: ATX in Austin, Texas with the company of a capacity crowd and a large number of talented artists and supporters. The night featured great sets by YP, Kids These Days, El Prez, Esso, The Kid Daytona, Outasight, Skyzoo, Stalley, Rakaa and Babu of Dilated Peoples, Hollywood Holt and Mic Terror, Fonzworth Bentley, Rockie Fresh, Aleon Craft, and Yelawolf, who almost literally brought the house down and had to cut his set short because the owners of Peckerheads were afraid the floor was going to collapse..
This video recaps the release party with live footage from the event, and various Closed Sessions artists speaking about what the album and the movement means to them. We can’t thank you enough for support of this album and our Closed Sessions catalog. We have much more to come including music videos for “Heads of The Heads” and “Natural High” as well as all new music coming later this summer.
