Curren$y and Wiz Khalifa are both at the top of the game right now, and were also at the forefront of stoner-rap’s resurgence with their solo work and collaborative release, How Fly. Curren$y recently sat down with Vlad TV and said that he and Wiz have a new project done, but it won’t be a sequel to their last project. He also likened their relationship to that between basketball players from different teams that practice together, and said that since they are both always in the studio, they might as well make some music.
Curren$y’s new album, The Stoned Immaculate drops June 5th. He is in Chicago tonight at the Metro.
