Rome

Danger Mouse and Daniele Luppi formed a strong bond through their shared passion for 1960’s and 1970’s Italian spaghetti western films and more importantly, the soundtracks to such works.  The two began an homage project, bringing in many of the composers and musicians on such soundtracks, to create a completely new album.  Other artists such as Norah Jones and Jack White joined the duo as well, and the finished results, Rome, will be released on May 17th.  Learn more about the project in this video trailer, as well as hear the Norah Jones collaboration, “Black”.
