I know from my own experience that Danny Brown can smoke with the best of them. As he describes in “Blunt After Blunt”, found on his latest release, XXX, Brown has access to a bevy of drugs in large supply, and I’d be a little cautious of taking Brown’s blunt if you’re a lightweight. The video was directed by A$AP Rocky, and the dimly lit basement setting matches the song’s eerie vibe as well. This isn’t a hippy record… Hippie’s don’t smoke blunts.
